Thrown one at a time on a wheel, so the profile shifts slightly from piece to piece. The dimples around the body are pressed while the clay is still soft.
The glaze is a matte speckled cream that picks up iron flecks from the clay underneath — warmer in lamplight than it looks in daylight.
A 4 inch mouth is the useful size: wide enough for a loose market bunch, narrow enough that three branches still stand where you put them.
Sealed on the inside and watertight. Wipe the outside clean; the matte glaze does not like the dishwasher.

You can see the throwing rings inside, which is how you know it's actually hand-made. Watertight with no weeping at all.
